In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Refund Policy

Refunds for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis, depending on how long you have had the item and how much it has been used.

 

Change of mind

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after delivery to return the product and exchange for something of equal value. Your returned product must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in the original packaging. We do not cover the price of shipping for change of mind.
 

Faulty

Our products are all quality checked in New Zealand before packaging.  If however we miss a fault, please send photos of the fault by email to hello@hoolahair.com to receive a replacement or a refund. 

For hygiene reasons, hair brushes cannot be returned for a refund, unless deemed faulty upon arrival.

Shipping Policy

We send to NZ only! Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch, depending on demand.  Usually we dispatch same or following day depending on when your order is received. We work with couriers in New Zealand who offer an overnight service to metro locations and 2-3 day services for rural locations, delivery time will be subject to the demands of the courier at the time of your order. 

Please ensure all details are correct on your order for shipping, as our system will print your address from the information you have provided.  Any incorrect details may result in a delayed delivery or extra charges to redirect your package. We are not liable for orders that are sent to the incorrectly provided address. We do not cover extra shipping costs if the address provided is incorrect. An extra shipping fee will incur if the parcel needs to be resent, otherwise we can refund the cost of the item.

Our website and store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We do not promise that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

RETURN POLICY

We reserve the right not to refund or exchange a product for an incorrect or 'change of mind' purchase, due to the nature of our goods. For any refunds or exchanges, the product shall be returned in the condition that it was purchased along with proof of purchase.  We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale or clearance items, or custom orders.


ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
