HOW BIG IS THE BRUSH?
Our detangling hair brush is packaged in a one of a kind box which is approximately 25cm x 8cm x 5cm. The brush fits neatly inside and measures approximately 24cm x 7.5cm x 5cm. The box and brush together weigh approximately 130gm.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of our Hoola Hair detangling brush for hygiene reasons once used. However, if your brush is in it's original packaging, unopened, & in a resalable condition on its return, then we are happy to offer you a credit note.
DO YOU SEND OVERSEAS?
Yes we do. Shipping charges are dependent on which country we are sending too. If your location does not show at checkout, send us an email and we will personally arrange your delivery.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can purchase direct via our website with credit or debit card.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
It really depends where it is being sent to...
We send our orders worldwide! Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch, depending on demand. Usually we dispatch same or following day depending on when your order is received. We work with couriers in New Zealand who offer an overnight service to metro locations and 2-3 day service for rural locations, actual delivery time will be subject to the demands of the courier at the time of your order. Deliveries overseas can take up to 14 business days.

HOW IS THE HOOLA HAIR DETANGLING HAIR BRUSH PACKAGED?
We have designed a fun and colourful box to fully enclose our hair brush. It has a couple of open windows in the box so that you can see the colour and the bristles, while keeping it protected and hygienic.
