We recommend sending all bouquets and posies in a water source, to ensure freshness throughout delivery.  All our items leave Indigobelle Floral Design in peak condition and we rely on the courier to deliver with care.

If in any case your flowers do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please photograph in the original packaging and follow the steps on our refund page.  We will do our best to work through the issue with you.

Same day residential delivery, citywide, is available for orders placed before 12.30pm.

All business deliveries must be placed before 10.00am to ensure same day delivery within business hours. 

Same day local area deliveries are accepted up until 2.00pm.
