All our items leave Indigobelle Floral Design in peak condition and we rely on the courier to deliver with care. If no one is home the flowers will be left if safe. This maybe in the hot sun, although we wet wrap all deliveries, this is out of our control. Flowers are fans of hot weather...

If in any case your flowers do not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please photograph in the original packaging and follow the steps on our refund page. We will do our best to work through the issue with you.
