Auckland Same Day Delivery Service

We leave our studio at 1pm Monday to Friday to deliver your flowers. 

All same day Auckland wide residential addresses must be received by 12pm.

All time restricted deliveries - CBD, Business, & School deliveries must be received by 12pm the day prior to delivery. 

We deliver within Auckland only. We are unable to deliver fresh blooms outside of Auckland.

If your delivery address is not listed below, it is likely that we are unable to deliver to that location.
All locations we deliver too are listed at checkout, however if it is a new suburb close to one listed, please contact us as we may not be aware of its establishment.

Delivery Days

We only deliver Monday to Saturday.  We are closed for delivery on Sunday - except if otherwise stated. 
Any orders received for delivery on a Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. 

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will use the contact number you have given for the address.
Re-delivery, incorrect addresses or if our courier cannot access the property e.g. a locked gate or apartment building, will incur a re-delivery fee.  


Waiheke Island Deliveries

We do not deliver to Waiheke Island ourselves, however we recommend
They have beautiful flowers and a great service! 
Heading over yourself?  You can pre-order and collect from Matiatia Wharf on arrival.

School Ball Orders
School Ball orders will be delivered either the night before or the morning of the ball, depending on demand.

We will arrange with you the best location and timing for the delivery of your Wedding flowers.


Auckland has a large delivery area and below is a guide only to outline the catchment area. There are places we are unable to deliver to.  Check through the suburbs below to ensure we can deliver to your location. If any order's are placed and we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either an alternative address or we will refund your payment.  Below is also a list of suburbs we deliver too, if your location is not on the list then chances are we cannot deliver to your location.  Please call me on 021 45 23 23, to confirm availability.

We offer full refunds to customers who receive flowers in unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery if they meet the criteria below.

All refunds must be processed within  24 hours of delivery of the flowers. If it is after this 24 hour period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed our care instructions which are located on the Indigobelle Floral Design card and also can be located on our website. Your flowers or item must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. To process your refund, we also require photos of the flowers that indicates your request for a refund and for our records.

Gift cards are non-refundable.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your order number (for example #1111) which is located on your confirmation email sent to you after the completion of your purchase. Please do not send your purchased flowers back to Indigobelle Floral Design.

Once your refund request is received & photographs are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received a request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 working days. 

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days time as payments can often take a few working days to be processed. If you still have not received your credit, then we suggest contacting your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

If you do not require a refund we will replace the flowers or items you purchased if they are damaged. If you would like to receive a full replacement for the same item, please send us an email at
