We deliver within Auckland only. We are unable to deliver outside of Auckland.

If your delivery address is not listed below, it is likely that we are unable to deliver to that location, however if please call us to enquire. 

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will contact you.
Re-delivery or incorrect addresses will incur a re-delivery fee.  


Monday to Friday
Same day delivery is available for all orders made before 12.30pm.
Same day deliveries after 12.30pm may be possible, please call us instore to confirm.

All website orders placed after 12.30pm will be delivered the following day or on the date selected at checkout. 


All deliveries going to business addresses outside our local area need to be placed prior to 10am to ensure same day delivery before 5pm. Please call us instore to check availability after this time.  We can accept deliveries to local business addresses up until 2pm.


Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, however if you have a delivery time preference, please note this is the 'special delivery instructions' box at check out and we will do our best to make this happen.


Urgent/sprint deliveries may also be possible with an additional fee. 


Weekend Delivery
We only deliver on Saturday’s and only have one pick up in the morning so require your online order by 10 am to ensure it makes this pick up.


Pick Up in Store 

In store collections are possible, please select “pick up in store” at checkout. Please also specify your approximate pick up time in the 'special delivery instructions' box so we can have your order ready for you.


Auckland has a large delivery area and below is a guide only to outline the catchment area. There are places we are unable to deliver to.  Check through the suburbs below to ensure we can deliver to your location. If any order's are placed and we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either an alternative address or we will refund your payment.  Below is also a list of suburbs we deliver too, if your location is not on the list then chances are we cannot deliver to your location.

We offer full refunds to customers who receive flowers in unsatisfactory condition within 24 hours of delivery if they meet the criteria below.

All refunds must be processed within  24 hours of delivery of the flowers. If it is after this 24 hour period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must have followed our care instructions which are located on the Indigobelle Floral Design card and also can be located on our website. Your flowers or item must be in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. To process your refund, we also require photos of the flowers that indicates your request for a refund and for our records.

Gift cards are non-refundable.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your order number (for example #1111) which is located on your confirmation email sent to you after the completion of your purchase. Please do not send your purchased flowers back to Indigobelle Floral Design.

Once your refund request is received & photographs are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received a request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 working days. 

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days time as payments can often take a few working days to be processed. If you still have not received your credit, then we suggest contacting your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

If you do not require a refund we will replace the flowers or items you purchased if they are damaged. If you would like to receive a full replacement for the same item, please send us an email at
